1) Please check if the sound (volume) is turned on.
The mouse vibrates along with the sound, so the sound (volume) has to be turned on.
And please have the sound (volume) set to at least 30% minimum.

2) Please check the bottom surface of the mouse and check if the Vibration mode is set to “On” or ”VIB+SOUND.”
If the switch is set to either “ON” or “VIB+SOUND,” the LED lamp located in the middle of the mouse wheel will turn on, so you will be able to know if it is working.

3) Please check if the audio jack is connected to the PC.
The mouse vibration works along with the sound. Please check if the audio cable of the vibration mouse is well connected to the audio output port of the PC.

4) Please check if there is an earphone connected to the back of the desktop.
The ports located in the front side of the desktop are manly used as top-priority for earphones, and this may lead to having the audio ports located back of the desktop to become stuck. Try connecting to the back of the desktop and connect the earphone to the mouse gender changer.

5) Please check if a USB headset is connected.
If a headset is connected, you would have to change the PC Sound settings.
